:: Monitoring new product development, from testing until placement in the same market; 

:: Training;

:: Support the process of ISO 9000 certification;

:: Participation in National and International Trade Fairs as FIEE (Brazil), ENEI (Brazil), Hannover Messe (Germany), IEEE (USA), Biel (Argentina) e FISE (Colômbia);

:: Tracking Sales;

:: Monthly budget reports;

:: Aggressive focus to reach the annually preset targets;

:: Continuous competitor tracking for better positioning in the market;

:: Direct Interface with the manufacturer by CRM system (TOTVS - MicroSiga), all proposals and orders are directly included on the company system.
